Casa del Sol
Casa del Sol is a vacation house thought for a family of three members but expecting regular guests, on Ayangue Beach.
The 400-square-meters construction is sited on inner fake lake shore of the housing state, to which you can access through the ground floor that was designed as an open-plan space and takes full advantage of the lakefront view by using french doors on the entire rear façade. On second floor, french doors with wood blinds incorporated were used to preserve privacy in bedrooms that are located facing the lake.
To prevent insolation, one-meter overhang eaves border the house and the hipped roof was coated with straw. Furthermore, all the interior spaces were taken backwards to create aisles and balconies in order to avoid sun heat.
